Who is This Certification For?
The Leaders Excellence Certified Instructor℠ certification is designed for current instructors and trainers with hands-on experience in corporate education. You must also have the minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the fields of business, communication, education, leadership, management or another closely related field.
You must complete your instructor certificate program within 2 months, with an average of 20-30 hours of individual work. Each course takes between 2-3 hours to complete. There are no papers to write; instead, you will complete a multiple-choice assessment after each course module with a minimum required passing score of 70%. If you don’t pass, you can repeat the course multiple times. In order to be awarded the certificate of completion, you must finish the program within 2 months and with a passing score of at least 70%.

How to Apply
To apply to become a Leaders Excellence Certified Instructor℠, you must first pass our certificate program online from Harvard Square. This program takes between 20-30 hours to complete and involves completing a multiple-choice assessment after each course module, with a minimum passing score of 70%. It has to be concluded within 2 months. You can log in to the learning management system from anywhere, using any computer or smartphone.
Once your registration and one-time payment have been confirmed and accepted, you’ll be enrolled in the certification process including the online instructor certificate program.
