With an illustrious career bridging academia and consultancy, he has served esteemed clients including the FBI National Academy Association, Underwriters Laboratories, United Way, Kroger, and more.

Dr. McCusker’s academic journey includes faculty positions at Columbia Business School, Yale School of Management, and Tulane University’s AB Freeman School of Business. He’s made a global impact, consulting and teaching in countries like Mexico, China, and the UAE.
