Merchandise Shop:
Delivery: Our order fulfillment process typically takes 2-7 days, after which your order is dispatched. Delivery times vary based on your location. In the USA, expect a delivery time of 3-4 business days, while international shipping ranges from 5-15 business days. We partner with a global on-demand fulfillment company to ensure efficient delivery. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, which vary based on the order value, country regulations, and the product itself. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders: Our partnership with a trusted, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper, with facilities across the globe, enables us to print and ship your orders from the nearest and most efficient location. In the event that you receive a damaged product, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask you to email us with photos of the damaged item, your order number, and any relevant details. We strive to resolve these issues promptly and satisfactorily.
Returns: While we do not offer returns or exchanges, we are committed to addressing any concerns with your order. If you receive incorrect or damaged items, please contact us with photos and details of the issue. We will work diligently to resolve these cases, offering refunds where applicable. Please note that we currently do not facilitate exchanges. For sizing concerns, we recommend consulting our size guide to ensure the best fit.
Certificates:
Our certificate program fees are all-inclusive and exempt from sales tax. Payment, made via credit card or bank transfer, is required at registration and is non-refundable. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Leaders Excellence reserves the right to cancel any certificate program at its discretion. In the rare event of cancellation, we will promptly refund any paid program fees.
Our certificate programs and courses are globally oriented and comprised of self-paced online modules, offering flexibility and affordability. Each program course modules accessible through our cloud-based learning management system (LMS). Access to the LMS is available only for the duration of your program, after which your account will be deleted on the first day of the following month.
Each course requires approximately 3 hours for completion, with no requirement for written papers. Following each module, participants must complete knowledge checks and a final assessment, requiring a minimum passing score of 70%. The assessment can be retaken multiple times if needed. Completion of the program within the specified time frame and achieving at least a 70% passing score are necessary for earning the certificate of completion. Postponement fees apply as follows: $150 for the first month, $200 for the second month, and $250 for the third month.
Our self-paced online courses are designed to provide educational content and resources to users. While we strive for accuracy and quality in our course materials, please note that due to the extensive nature of our course offerings (more than 150 courses), errors may occasionally occur. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content provided in our courses. Users are encouraged to independently verify any information obtained from our courses. In the event that errors are discovered in our course materials, we reserve the right to correct such errors without prior notice. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary prerequisites and qualifications to enroll in and benefit from our courses.
Upon successful completion, participants receive an online certificate of completion from Harvard Square, issued by Leaders Excellence. These are non-degree programs, not for credit, and are not affiliated with Harvard or other universities. The title of each certificate can be used alongside your name to signify completion.
We do not offer apostilles or authentication certificates. However, we can provide direct email verification of your completion certificate and course details upon request, subject to your prior approval.
Leaders Excellence Education℠ is a registered service mark in Massachusetts, classified under education class 41. Our domain, LeadersExcellence.Education, reflects our commitment to education, holding a registration specific to educational entities.
Membership:
Join Leaders Excellence as a certified member, enjoying a subscription-based online membership originating from Harvard Square. Members gain the right to use the MLE℠ title, alongside all associated honors, rights, and privileges.
Our membership is billed quarterly at $69, with an initial setup/admission fee of $129. This fee covers the issuance of your unique membership certificate. Opt for an annual upfront payment of $276, and we’ll waive the $129 setup fee, effectively aligning with our quarterly rate.
Upon joining and completing payment, members receive a uniquely numbered membership certificate (in PDF format), access to our networking and learning platform, and the right to use the MLE℠ title, an officially recognized service mark in Massachusetts.
Membership auto-renews and remains active unless cancelled. Prior to each renewal, you’ll receive an email reminder. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the receipt of the reminder email, as it may be directed to your spam folder. We recommend checking your spam folder regularly to ensure you receive all important communications. Cancellations post-renewal take effect after the current term, with no further charges, but refunds will not be issued for any remaining membership period. Membership renewals are exclusively auto-renewed. Please note, membership and setup fees, charged in USD, are non-refundable.
To cancel your membership, please proceed via your profile in the members section. It is crucial to understand that your membership is only considered cancelled upon receiving an email confirmation from us. This email serves as the final step in the cancellation process. Should you not receive this confirmation email, it is imperative that you contact us directly to verify that your cancellation has been successfully processed. We emphasize that if the cancellation is not processed correctly as mentioned and you are charged for a new term by auto-renewal, we will not issue a refund for that term.
Choose our Life Membership for a one-time fee of $1,380, offering lifetime access without future dues. Note that previous membership fees are non-refundable when upgrading to this option. Please ensure that you are a current member and have already paid the membership fees before upgrading to the life membership.
Associate Membership is invitation-only, offering access to online services without a membership certificate. Restrictions apply to certain events and sessions.
All intellectual property within the membership content is owned by Leaders Excellence, Inc. We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use during your membership period for non-commercial purposes. This license is revoked upon membership termination.
All membership materials, including the certificate, are digital and not mailed physically.
Membership is contingent on accepting Leaders Excellence’s policies, code of ethics, and any relevant industry regulations. We reserve the right to terminate memberships for any ethical or professional conduct violations.
Members consent to being featured on our website and for their submissions to be published.
This membership is for individual use only and cannot be presented as a corporate membership.
We do not assist with U.S. visa applications, reference letters, or provide admissions information.
Leaders Excellence reserves the right to accept or refuse membership at our discretion and may alter or terminate any aspect of membership without prior notice.
Founded in 2014 in Harvard Square, Leaders Excellence is a Harvard Square Business Association member, granting us access to the Harvard Faculty Club. While we’re closely integrated with the Harvard community, we are not affiliated with Harvard University or its subsidiaries.
All memberships, certificates, merchandise, and deliveries provided by Leaders Excellence, Inc. are subject to and shall be interpreted in line with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America.
