Simon Maple – Chief Negotiator & Managing Director, KPMG
Simon Maple has 30 years of experience in management consulting and law serving private and public clients in every global region and industry. He leads the Negotiation & Coaching group for KPMG, a team of coaches, facilitators, thought leaders and commercial modelers, serving most of the firm’s top accounts. Prior to KPMG he was senior partner for 20 years in the firm he founded, Mapleworks LP, a consultancy specializing in negotiations, pricing, sales, decision making, ethics and culture. Clients included Accenture, where he was on retainer from 2001–2018 and CMI Concord, the Harvard Law School negotiation consultancy, founded by Roger Fisher, co-author of Getting to Yes.
Brennan Folmer – Negotiation Coach & Director, KPMG
Brennan Folmer leads KPMG’s Pursuit Negotiation and Pricing group, bringing over 25 years of management consulting and business experience to KPMG’s Clients & Markets organization. He directs a team of senior negotiation and coaching professionals who support KPMG’s most strategic pursuits, develop innovative pricing strategies, and guide complex negotiations across Advisory, Tax, Audit, and Legal.
