Webinar by Harvard Professor Ashley Whillans

You can now view our recording of the live Leaders Excellence webinar by Harvard Business School professor Ashley Whillans on her most recent book “Time Smart: How to Reclaim Your Time and Live a Happier Life“. This Leaders Excellence webinar is facilitated by William (Bill) Shea, who holds an MBA from Harvard and is the former director of corporate relations and market development for Harvard Business School.

Four out of five adults report feeling that they have too much to do and not enough time to do it. These time-poor people experience less joy each day. They laugh less. They are less healthy, less productive, and more likely to divorce.

In this live webinar, Harvard Business School professor Ashley Whillans will give you proven strategies for improving your “time affluence.” The strategies Whillans presents will help you make the shift to time-smart living and, in the process, build a happier, more fulfilling life. Professor Whillans blends both practitioner experience and academic research, and she will answer your questions in the end of the session.

Ashley Whillans is currently the Volpert Family Associate Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, teaching the Motivation and Incentives course to 2nd year MBA students. Professor Whillans earned her PhD in Social Psychology from the University of British Columbia. Her research seeks to understand the associations between time, money, and subjective wellbeing. She is particularly interested in understanding how individual, organizational and societal factors like gender, workplace policies, and income inequality predict how people value and spend time and money, with possible implications for well-being.
